What’s so good?

When I watched IDLES live at Primavera Sound this year. I was quite fond of the anger that came through. As someone who severely disslikes anger (an anger at anger, if you will), I was quite surprised that this was my natural response. But this world is harsh and a little bit of anger feels balanced. 

Nightshades’ “Kill The Gods” has that same flavor and it’s just as enjoyable. In perfect harmony with the afformentioned anger, when speaking to the track, the band has curtly stated: 

Fuck Trump, Fuck Toxic Masculinity, Kill the Gods. 

This isn’t a meltdown—it’s a manifesto.
