Nirvana, shoegaze, and New Age angst all collapse into each other with “Holy Virgin” by Stinkus…a truly affecting track.

The moment I heard the The The “This Is the Day” sample, I knew I was in the right place. I knew Stinkus would be able to hold my happy-sad heart in their hands and understand how I’m feeling. “Holy Virgin” is a Criterion Closet for Stinkus, they got to choose all their favorite movies, sounds, and trinkets, then slam them into each other over a glorious view of the world in fast-forward.

“Holy Virgin” is a time capsule, and it’s a holy relic we must all protect.
